Pay.Safe Agent Shield

In business you live and die by your reputation

The ease with which complaints can be made against registered migration agents in Australia and licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand and the broad powers possessed by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) are well reported.

Pay.Safe Agent Shield

Agents who engage with Ask-An-Agent will have the opportunity to be referred by Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe and provided with free assistance on a conditional fee basis (i.e. one where the costs are conditional on a successful outcome involving compensation) in relation to informal or formal disciplinary matters instigated by the OMARA or IAA against the Agent that concern the Agent’s engagements with clients that are conducted wholly via the Ask-An-Agent platform.

The benefit is available to Agents for so long as they remain members of Ask-An-Agent with eligible accounts which have not been suspended. Agents must comply with Ask-An-Agent website terms.

Starting now, Agents are eligible to request the assistance by sending full details of any matters for assessment to paysafe.agent.shield@ask-an-agent.com.au
