Ask a Migration Agent

The only way to leave a review on Ask-An-Agent is to first hire a migration agent. That's how we know our reviews come from real clients who have worked with their migration agent or immigration lawyer.

When community members work with their preferred migration agent, they check out the success of their visa application, how professional the agent is, how friendly the agent’s staff is, the overall experience and more.

And finally, a review
After the migration agent provided all services, community members tell us about their experience. We verify the authenticity of all reviews before adding them to our site.

If you are unhappy with an answer provided by an Agent we would like to hear from you. Log in your account and message us. Make sure to include your question ID for reference and details about why you are unhappy. We will investigate your case and get back to you.

Note:  To help operate the Ask-An-Agent platform, including services like customer support and credit card processing, Ask-An-Agent charge a service fee when a community member withdraws a question. The service fee is 5% and not refundable.

Agents can turn their profile off at any time so they are hidden from search results but this is only to prevent new engagements. If you have a contract with the Agent, your engagement is still active, even if the Agent turned off their profile in the meantime.

While the Agent is hidden, the public view of their profile will not be accessible. However, your contract contains your Agent's contact information, as well as other useful information. You may also find in your Dashboard invoices and messages from your Agent. You and your Agent can continue to work together.

If you and your Agent decide to not move forward, you’ll want to request a refund of the Pay.Safe funds you’ve added.
