You find an overview of all payment methods available under the Pay.Safe arrangement in your account. Log in, open the navigation panel and click and Pay.Safe.

If you’re not sure, you can check if you paid through Ask-An-Agent.

 

Check if you paid your Agent through Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe

Pay.Safe is a secure and transparent way to pay your Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer on Ask-An-Agent after you approve the work is done.
If you’re not sure, you can check if your payment was made through Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe.

  • You asked a Question:  Log in your account, open the navigation panel and go to “MANAGE MY QUESTIONS”. You will see your Question ID and the Date when you uploaded your Question. Click on “My Question” to see more details including the payments made through Pay.Safe.
  • Your requested Services:  Log in your account, open the navigation panel and go to “MANAGE MY CONTRACTS”. You will see your Pay.Safe number and your contract as pdf file. Click on “Contract Details” to see the payments made through Pay.Safe.

 

If you paid for your immigration services outside of Ask-An-Agent, you may have paid for a fraudulent service.
Your safety is our priority. That’s why we ask you to always pay through Pay.Safe.

 

Types of scams

Never transfer funds outside the Ask-An-Agent system, and always carefully examine emails claiming to be from Ask-An-Agent.

Examples of common scams include:

  • Advance Fee Scam: Someone offers to provide immigration services if you pay through a service outside of Ask-An-Agent.
  • Immigration Scam: Someone offers you a great deal if you pay them using a third-party website or third-party service. After receiving your money, they don’t give you the service they advertised.

 

Any Ask-An-Agent support staff will only contact you via the Ask-An-Agent messaging system.

If you receive an email from anyone asking you to pay offsite or accept payment offsite, let us know immediately.

 

Why it’s good to keep communication and transactions on Ask-An-Agent

You can ask questions, compare fees, request a quote and hire your preferred Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer on Ask-An-Agent.
 
Paying and communicating through Ask-An-Agent helps ensure that you're protected under our  Terms  and your payment is protected under  Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe.
 
It also makes it easy to find and reference all important information and details for your successful immigration under your Pay.Safe Number. We can’t provide these benefits if your agent or lawyer isn’t engaged with and paid for directly through Ask-An-Agent. Paying or communicating outside of Ask-An-Agent also makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing.

Report suspicious messages

Never pay for your Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer outside of Ask-An-Agent.
 
Pay.Safe is the approved payment arrangement recommended by the Migration Agent and Immigration Lawyer Association. Should you decide to engage with your Agent, Pay.Safe helps you to protect your payments. We are looking out for you. Find out more on  Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe
 
If you didn’t pay your Agent through Ask-An-Agent, you may have paid for a fraudulent service.
 
If your Agent asks you to pay outside Pay.Safe and outside our on-site payment system, report your Agent immediately in this form.  

 

Note: Any immigration services and payments that are made outside of Ask-An-Agent violate our Website Terms. If we identify that a payment was made outside of Ask-An-Agent, we may deactivate the accounts of the person who provided services and the community member.
