Question asked

I have heard of free Pay.Safe protection for my visa application?

How does this work? What do I need to do get it?

Answer provided by Migration Agent

Ask-An-Agent Pay.Safe offers extra payment protection when you work with a Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer on Ask-An-Agent.

Here’s why you must use Pay.Safe:

1) You can feel secure when Pay.Safe is funded

You can fund the Pay.Safe with a minimum balance before your Agent is starting work. Pay your Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer on Ask-An-Agent only after you approve the work is done.

2) Pay.Safe protects your payments and visa application

Funds from Pay.Safe can only be released when you approve. Since Pay.Safe is a shared account, it creates transparency between you and your Agent.

3) Pay.Safe funds can be used for different payments

Funds in Pay.Safe can be used to pay your Agent for tasks, milestones, hours or miscellaneous work. You can also transfer funds into Pay.Safe and instruct your Agent to pay third party costs, for example your visa application charges (VAC), skills assessment charges or other costs. By doing so, you do not have to disclose your credit card or other payment details.

What is the difference between choosing Ask-An-Agent over Facebook Groups or other Forums?

Facebook Groups, Blogs and Forums are a great place for meeting people although they’re still the online equivalent of an anonymous village pub.

Answers on Facebook Groups, Blogs and Forums

  • are provided by complete strangers you may not know.
  • locked in time and may be outdated.
  • may not fit your unique set of circumstances.

Information provided by unqualified strangers is unreliable. Trusting it may be harmful to you.

It is your future and we believe you deserve qualified and affordable legal advice before preparing your visa application and spending your dollars.
